Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Mamchandi Laundry Express services ("the Service"), including laundry, dry cleaning, shoe cleaning, and all related services provided in Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, and surrounding areas. By booking a pickup, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Mamchandi Laundry Express provides professional laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, shoe cleaning, curtain cleaning, carpet cleaning, leather care, and bag cleaning services with free doorstep pickup and delivery.

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp within 30 minutes of submission
  • We will confirm the exact pickup time window after reviewing availability
  • Same-day pickup is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM
  • You are not charged until after your garments are collected

3. Pickup and Delivery

  • Free pickup and delivery is provided on all orders above ₹299
  • If you are unavailable at pickup time, leave your bag with building security and notify us via WhatsApp
  • Rescheduling is always free — contact us at least 2 hours before your pickup time
  • Delivery timelines: standard 48 hours; express 24 hours (subject to availability)

4. Garment Care and Liability

  • We inspect all garments at pickup and will note any existing damage, stains, or defects
  • Mamchandi Laundry Express is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or garment construction that does not withstand standard cleaning processes
  • In the event of loss or damage due to our negligence, our liability is limited to a maximum of 10× the service charge for that garment
  • We do not accept liability for items left in pockets — please empty all pockets before handover
  • Delicate, embellished, or vintage garments must be declared at pickup. We reserve the right to decline items we cannot service safely

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are as listed on our website and confirmed at pickup
  • Final charges may vary if actual garment count or weight differs from the booking estimate
  • Payment is due on delivery — we accept cash, UPI, and major digital wallets
  • We do not accept payment in advance unless you are on a membership plan

6. Membership Plans

  • Membership fees are charged monthly and are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins
  • Unused laundry quota from a given month does not carry forward
  • Membership may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle

7. Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel a booking at any time before pickup at no charge
  • If we have collected your garments, cancellation is not possible; you will be charged for the service
  • Refunds for valid complaints (damaged or lost items) are processed within 7 working days

8. Prohibited Items

We do not accept the following items for cleaning:

  • Items contaminated with hazardous materials, biological waste, or chemicals
  • Items containing illegal substances
  • Items clearly labelled "Dry Clean Only" that show signs of prior improper washing

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via WhatsApp or our website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
